Meant to Be and a Freebie!!!

It is Valentine's Day time and Scraps by Andrea and The Scrappy Kat have a new kit out this week just in time. It is called "Meant to Be." This isn't your typical Valentine kit, though....the colors are a little different, which make it really versatile. It certainly isn't limited to Valentine's or "Love" layouts!!
